In the recent years, our research has been focused on the design and synthesis of advanced materials and the development of novel processes for energy conversion and storage. In this talk, I will summarize our strategies for synthesis of advanced materials, present their application for dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs), and discuss new processes for photocatalytic splitting of H2O to H2.
