ABSTRACT WITHDRAWN

Some specific aspects of mechanism and kinetics of the anode processes at Pt and Cu-Fe-Ni alloy in the KF-NaF-AlF3-Al2O3 melts in the temperature range of 725-800 °С were studied using cyclic voltammetry and chronopotentiometry.

Based on the obtained nonstationary volt-ampere dependencies a conclusion regarding similarity of the anode processes occurred at Pt and Cu-Fe-Ni, i.e. a stage of electrochemical oxidation is proved to precede a two-stage electrochemical evolution of the molecular oxygen. It was found that the rate of this stage depends significantly on the melt temperature.
