The human infectivity of avian influenza virus was detected with a sensitivity of as high as 0.256HAU using the 2-6 sugar chain modified graphene FET using the linker of PBASE, which was 2~3 orders of magnitude higher than the conventional chromatography method. The detection of influenza virus was also performed by an the antibody modified graphene FET and its sensitivity was 0.0256HAU, which was ~2 orders of magnitudes higher than the conventional method. New corona virus was also detected in the same way using the antibody modified graphene FET and the clear SEM image of the new corona virus on the graphene FET channel was obtained. For the future multimodal detection of viruses, the 82 graphene FET’s was integrated and the each 82 FET’s could be modified by the different receptors by the bio-inkjet system.
