Symposium C Student Poster Competition
Students: Please note that if you wish to be considered for the Symposium C Student Poster Competition, you must submit your abstract as a poster and send a copy of the abstract to Thomas Schmidt, e-mail: ThomasJustus.Schmidt@psi.ch.
Enter your title, preferred presentation format (oral, poster), and any comments you might have for the organizers. Requested presentation formats cannot be guaranteed and are scheduled at the discretion of the Symposium Organizers
CAREFULLY enter author name, affiliation, and contact information (email and phone). Author information will be published exactly as you enter it into the system and cannot be changed after the abstract submission deadline date of Friday, 20 February 2015.
Please note that this year ECS has changed the ways abstracts are submitted. Do NOT include the abstract title and author name(s) in your abstract text. This data will be appended to your abstract after the submission has been successfully completed. Abstracts are no longer allowed to be uploaded as a Word or PDF file. Instead, the abstract text will be entered directly into The Conference Exchange (Confex) database. There will NOT be a PDF for authors to proof. Please read the abstract instructions carefully when you get to that step. You will have the opportunity to upload images as part of the abstract submission process. The length of your abstract text must be 750 words or less.
Confirm that ALL information is correct as submitted. Author information will be published exactly as you enter it into the system and cannot be changed after the Abstract Submission Deadline.
Presenting authors will be automatically informed of the unique ID numbers and passwords assigned to their abstracts. Abstracts may be viewed and modified at any time between submission and the deadline date of 20 February 2015, using the assigned ID# and password.
