Ten enantioselective, potentiometric and SPR sensors based on carbon paste and gold impregnated with alpha-, betta-, carboxymethyl-betta-(as sodium salt), 2-hydroxyl-3-trimethylammoniopropyl -betta-(as chloride salt) and gamma-cyclodextrins, were proposed as a chiral selectors for assay of S-ketoprofen raw materials and in its pharmaceutical formulation Ketoflam capsule. The best response was obtained when betta-cyclodextrin was used for the electrode design. The sensors showed very low detection limits (of 10-8 to 10-9 magnitude orders). Stability constants values were also recorded for the interaction between S-ketoprofen and chiral selectors using SPR method.
