Polymer coated graphite electrodes were obtained by reductive electro-polymerization of para-aminophenol in 1.0 M nitric acid. Linear sweep voltammetry was employed to investigate electrolytic reduction of nitrobenzene and acetone at these electrodes, Figures 1 and 2.  Suitability of the electrodes for analytical determination of these compounds is demonstrated.
