This work presents preparation, characterization and electrical properties of a flexible screenpritable conducting nanocomposite polymer which has been prepared by Acoustic Mixing. The prepared nanocomposite consists of plastisol and Silver/Silver chrolide nanoparticles. It is observed that  at weight-percentages of above approximately 59 wt-% of Silver/Silver chrolide nanoparticles , and has a resistivity of 1.98 x 10-6 ohm·m. Applications of the prepared nanocomposite in the area of wearable garments and devices will also be discussed [1,2,3,4].
