The combination of two carbon nanostructures in a single material, giving rise to new hybrids with improved mechanical, electrical, and thermal properties, has generated great interest in the last years. Although hybrids carbon nanotubes have been described, hybrids between graphene and fullerenes have received less attention.

In this talk, I´ll present our recent studies involving the synthesis of nanohybrids combining exfoliated Graphene and C60, as well as the new properties arising from the combination of both carbon nanomaterials.
