ZnO is a one of most promissing material that has many attractive chemical and physical properties. ZnO is direct-bendgap semiconductor with a large bandgap of 3.37 eV, also it has strong exciton binding energy and it usually has high electron mobility.

For this reason, It had widely used to light-emitting diodes, solar cells and sensors. Nowaday, demand of high performance device is much stronger, so many researcher enhance these properties to nanotructure as a necessity.

we introduce new way to control shape of ZnO in nanoscale.
