We recently reported the application of electrocatalysis to promote Diels-Alder type reactions between electronically mismatched substrates. In this talk, we will describe our new results which showcase bis-annulations. A catalytic amount of electricity was used in these reactions to make two six-rings on bis-anethole derivatives. Currently, more diene partners are under investigation to see the scope of the reaction.
