Optical and electrical properties of organic photovoltaic devices are investigated. The electrostatic spray is used to deposit a hybrid film (P3HT : PCBM / Carbon nanotubes) with morphology and optical characteristics onto photovoltaic devices. The surface roughness increase with increasing carbon nanotubes content. The device takes advantage of the high current density, power conversion efficiency, and low cost. Carbon nanotubes improves the shortcircuit current density and power conversion efficiency. The highest performance is obtained with 0.5wt% carbon nanotubes content, with a current density of 7.33 mA·cm2 and a power conversion efficiency of 2.41%.
